目的：通过对比研究评价采用抗生素治疗呼吸内科患者的临床效果。方法整群选取2013年9月—2014年8月期间该院收治的124例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者参与该研究，采用单双号法将124例患者平均分成研究组和常规组。两组患者确诊后均给予吸氧、吸痰、维持水、电解质平衡等对症治疗，在对症治疗的基础上，合理使用抗生素对研究组患者实施治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果以及治疗前后的动脉血气状况和肺功能。结果研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率为91.9%，明显高于常规组患者的80.7%(P<0.05)。实施治疗前，两组患者的动脉血气状况、肺功能比较差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05)，治疗周期结束后，研究组患者的动脉血气状况和肺功能均明显优于常规组患者(P<0.05)。结论在常规对症治疗的基础上，合理使用抗生素对呼吸内科患者实施治疗，可有效改善患者临床治疗效果，促进患者康复。%Objective Antibiotic treatment of patients with respiratory medicine through a comparative study evaluating the clinical effects.
