自制生肌玉红膏联合中药坐浴治疗肛裂临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shengji Yuhonggao combined with traditional Chinese medicine hip bath in the treatment of patients with anal fissure. Methods 100 patients with anal fissure treated from June 2012 to June 2014 in our anorectal department were selected and randomly divided into 50 cases each group. The control group took traditional Chinese medicine hip bath; observation group took traditional Chinese medicine hip bath combined with Shengji Yuhonggao. Results The total effective rate of observation group (98%) was significantly higher than that of control group (84%) (P<0.05);the wound healing time, pain intensity, errhysis and oozing of observation group were significantly better than those of control group (P<0.05). Con-clusion For patients with anal fissure, Shengji Yuhonggao combined with traditional Chinese medicine hip bath has an obvious clinical effect. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.%目的：研究肛裂患者使用生肌玉红膏与中药坐浴联合治疗的临床效果。方法临床纳入100例该院2012年6月-2014年6月期间肛肠科收治的肛裂患者，按随机抽样法分为两组各50例。其中50例患者单纯使用中药坐浴进行治疗作为对照组，另50例患者在中药坐浴的基础上使用生肌玉红膏进行治疗作为观察组。结果观察组治疗总有效率高达98%，远高于对照组的84%，P<0.05；对比两组患者创面愈合时间、创面疼痛程度以及创面渗血、渗液等情况发现，观察组明显好于对照组，P<0.05。结论生肌玉红膏与中药坐浴联合治疗对肛裂患者临床效果显著，值得临床应用及推广。
