黑河市城区3~5岁集居儿童肥胖情况调查及干预效果初步探讨

摘要

Objective To investigate the obesity intervention for gathered children aged 3-5 years in Heihe City and its effect. Methods 106 obese children in Heihe city kindergartens was regarded and divided into two groups equally. The study group re-ceived comprehensive intervention, while the control group received the conventional intervention. Results After intervention, obese children rehabilitation efficiency of the study group was 28.30%, the control group was3.78%.Conclusion It's favorable to improve the effect of intervention that we take comprehensive measures according to children obesity.%目的：调查黑河市城区3~5岁集居儿童肥胖情况及干预效果。方法选取2014年5要6月期间黑河市城区托幼机构的106名肥胖儿童作为研究对象，平均分为两组，研究组采用综合干预，对照组采用常规干预。观察两组患儿的肥胖情况和干预效果。结果经过干预之后，研究组肥胖儿童的康复有效率为28.30%，对照组为3.78%。研究组的干预效果明显比对照组优。两组肥胖儿童的干预效果差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论针对儿童肥胖情况采取综合干预措施，有利于提高干预效果，促进肥胖患儿的康复。
