更年期综合症妇女应用舒肝颗粒治疗的临床分析

摘要

目的：研究应用舒肝颗粒治疗更年期综合症妇女的临床效果。方法选取该院于2012年10月-2014年12月收治的100例更年期综合症女性患者，随机分为对照组与观察组各50例。对照组服用尼尔雌醇进行治疗，观察组服用舒肝颗粒进行治疗。结果观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组；观察组患者用药后不良反应发生率明显低于对照组；治疗前两组患者Kupperman、抑郁评分差异无统计学意义，治疗后两组Kupperman、抑郁评分均有所改善，观察组治疗后改善情况明显优于对照组。结论应用舒肝颗粒治疗更年期综合症妇女的临床治疗效果非常显著，可有效改善更年期患者临床症状，缓解患者抑郁情绪，且不良反应较少，值得应用与推广。%Objective Study on the application of clinical effect of Shugan granule in treating climacteric syndrome of women. Results The observation group, the effective rate of the treatment was significantly high-er than the control group; the occurrence of adverse reaction in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than the control group;In two groups before treatment in patients with Kupperman, there were no significant differences between depres-sion score, Kupperman in the two groups after treatment, depression scores were improved after treatment, observation group was significantly higher than those in control group. Conclusion Clinical therapeutic effect of application of Shugan granule treatment of women with climacteric syndrome is very significant, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of menopausal patients, re-mission in patients with depression, and less adverse reactions, it is worthy of application and promotion.
