封闭负压引流治疗骨科创伤感染临床疗效探讨

Objective Vacuum-assisted closure therapy for orthopedic trauma infection clinical effects were observed and dis-cussed. Methods Choose from April 2012 to May 2013 in a hospital in the 72 cases of infection in orthopedic trauma patients as research subjects were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, 36 cases in each group, the experimental group were taken to a closed suction drainage treatments treatment of orthopedic trauma infection control group of patients taking conven-tional treatment of orthopedic trauma infection treatment, the treatment effect in the final analysis the two groups of patients.Re-sults Treatment of patients in the experimental group than the control group patients.Conclusion Vacuum-assisted closure therapy orthopedic trauma infection significant clinical effect, it is worth promoting and practice in clinical practice.%目的：对封闭负压引流治疗骨科创伤感染的临床效果进行观察和探讨。方法整群选择2012年4月-2013年5月该院收治的72例骨科外伤感染患者作为研究对象，随机将其分成实验组和对照组，每组36例，实验组患者采取封闭负压引流的治疗方式治疗骨科创伤感染，对照组患者采取常规的治疗方式治疗骨科创伤感染，最终分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者的治疗效果优于对照组患者，在住院天数方面，实验组患者的住院天数为(19.55±6.53)d，对照组患者的住院天数为(31.53±8.52)d；在换药次数方面，实验组患者的换药次数为(1.51±0.52)次，对照组患者的换药次数为(9.52±2.54)次；在住院费用方面，实验组患者的住院费用为(5211.00±30.53)元，对照组患者的住院费用为(5751.00±45.51)元，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论封闭负压引流治疗骨科创伤感染的临床效果显著，值得在临床实践中大力推广和实践。
