连续性血液净化治疗严重脓毒症患者临床疗效分析

摘要

目的：分析连续性血液净化治疗严重脓毒症患者临床疗效，为临床采用血液净化治疗脓毒症提供依据，从而为严重脓毒症患者提供有效的治疗方法。方法随机选取该院于2013年4月-2014年12月收治的90例肠瘘腹腔感染导致例严重脓毒症患者作为研究对象，将其随机均分为观察组和对照组，对照组实施常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础之上实施连续性血液净化治疗，比较两组患者的生命体征体温、心率、血压及呼吸频率以及白细胞介素-8和肿瘤坏死因子-α的变化。结果观察组较对照组的生命体征体温、心率、血压及呼吸频率以及白细胞介素-8和肿瘤坏死因子-α改善情况好，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论连续性血液净化治疗严重脓毒症患者临床疗效显著，可以明显提高患者的康复。%Objective To analysis the continuous blood purification in the treatment of severe sepsis patients clinical curative ef-fect, for clinical provides the basis for using blood purification in the treatment of sepsis, and provide effective treatment for patients with severe sepsis. Methods From April to 2014 in our department in 2013 December were treated 90 cases of intestinal fistula abdominal infection in patients with severe sepsis as the research object, the random were divided into observation group and con-trol group, control group implement routine therapy, observation group in the control group based on the implementation of contin-uous blood purification treatment, compared two groups of vital signs in patients with body temperature, heart rate, blood pressure and respiratory frequency and interleukin - 8 and the change of tumor necrosis factor alpha. Results The observation group than control group in the vital signs of body temperature, heart rate, blood pressure and respiratory frequency and interleukin - 8 and improve the tumor necrosis factor alpha, difference have statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous blood purification treatment of patients with severe sepsis clinical curative effect significantly, can significantly improve the patient's recovery.
