膳食营养干预对老年糖尿病患者抗氧化能力的影响

         

摘要

目的:研究分析膳食营养干预对老年糖尿病患者抗氧化能力的影响。方法从2013年4月—2014年1月选取该院的84例老年糖尿病患者进行回顾性分析,将其分为两组,其中干预组42例患者,予以低血糖指数为特征的膳食营养,对照组42例患者,予以普通膳食营养,分析对比两组患者不同血糖指数膳食干预后血清脂代谢变化以及血清抗氧化指标经过不同血糖指数的膳食干预前后发生的改变。结果对照组和干预组的甘油三酯水平比试验前明显降低(P<0.05),但各组水平下降的程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预组低密度脂蛋白水平较之前降低,对照组反而水平上升,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),另外两组对象的血清总胆固醇与高密度脂蛋白在实验前后对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);糖尿病患者SOD与甘油三酯、果糖胺、空腹血糖、对数胰岛素抵抗指数、餐后2 h血糖呈负相关(P<0.05),与高密度脂蛋白呈正比(P<0.05);MDA与空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖正相关(P<0.05),与GSH-PX负相关(P<0.05);GSH-PX与对数胰岛素抵抗指数、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、甘油三酯以及MDA负相关(P<0.05)。结论在控制总能量基础上,采用低GI的营养治疗策略更有助于改善老年糖尿病患者的糖脂代谢和氧化应激水平,值得临床进一步推广。%Objective To study the analysis of dietary nutrition intervention on antioxidant capacity in elderly diabetes patients. Methods From April 2013 to January 2014, selected from 84 cases of senile patients with diabetes were retrospectively analyzed, it can be divided into two groups, intervention group of 42 patients, characteristics of low blood sugar index of dietary nutrition, the control group, 42 cases with common dietary nutrition, analyzed two groups of patients serum lipid metabolic changes after different glycemic index diet intervention and the dietary intervention of different glycemic index before and after the change of serum antioxidant index level.Results The intervention group and control group of triglycerides lower degree before the test had statistical significance (P < 0.05), but decreased levels in these two groups were not significantly different (P> 0.05), fell 17.2% after intervention group test of low density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein cholesterol (hdl-c) and control group rose 4.4%, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P< 0.01), two groups of patients before and after the test of serum total cholesterol and high density lipoprotein differences had no statistical significance (P> 0.05); SOD in patients with diabetes and triglyceride, fructosamine, logarithmic insulin resistance index, fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose 2 h negative correlation (P< 0.05), and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (hdl-c) positive correlation (P< 0.05), MDA and fasting glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose positive correlation (P< 0.05), and negatively related to the gsh-px (P< 0.05), gsh-px and triglycerides, logarithmic insulin resistance index, fasting blood sugar, 2 h postprandial blood glucose and MDA negative correlation (P< 0.05).Conclusion Based on the control of the total energy, with low GI nutritional treatment strategy of more help to improve the old patients with diabetes glucolipid metabolism and oxidative stress level, is worth further promotion in the clinical practice.
