尿道等离子电切治疗膀胱肿瘤临床探讨

摘要

Objective To study the urethra plasma bipolar electric cut method for treatment of bladder tumor.Methods to choose between April 2013 and April 2013 of our hospital as the research object, and 30 patients with bladder tumor were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group (n = 15). To control for the treatment of traditional cutting, giving observation group of patients with urethral plasma bipolar electric cut operation cure. Statistical records in the two groups of operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay, complications and patient satisfaction with treatment outcomes, and carries on the comparison to the above indicators.Results The observation group of operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative hospital stay, and complications is less than the control group obviously; The outcome of treatment in patients and the observation group total satisfaction significantly greater than the control group; Is similar between the two groups have statistical significance (P < 0.05).Conclusion Using the urethra for the treatment of bipolar plasma cutting bladder tumor can obtain obvious effect, and compared with the traditional electricity cut method, this method is shorter operation time, intraoperative blood loss, less complication rate is low, is beneficial to patients with postoperative recovery, therefore is worth wide application.%目的：探讨尿道等离子双极电切术治疗膀胱肿瘤的临床效果。方法选取2013年4月—2014年4月该院收治的60例膀胱肿瘤患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，每组30例。给予对照组传统电切术治疗，给予观察组患者尿道等离子双极电切术治。统计记录两组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、并发症发生情况以及患者对治疗结果的满意度，并对以上指标进行比较。结果观察组的手术时间为(30.5±15.7)min、术中出血量(35.8±5.2)mL、术后住院时间为(6.3±1.2)d以及并发症发生率为6.7%；对照组的手术时间为(82.6±16.1)min、术中出血量(90.7±12.4)mL、术后住院时间为(11.8±3.6)d以及并发症发生率为33.3%；观察组以上指标均明显小于对照组。并且观察组患者对治疗的总满意度(93.3%)明显大于对照组(80.0%)。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用尿道等离子双极电切术治疗膀胱肿瘤能够取得明显效果，并且相比于传统电切术，该方法手术时间短，术中出血量少，并发症发生率低，有利于患者术后恢复，因此值得大范围推广应用。
