96例糖尿病性白内障的超声乳化手术治疗效果探讨

Objective To discuss the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of phacoemulsification in the treatment of diabetic cataract patients.Methods 96 cases with diabetic cataract admitted in our hospital from January 2010 to October 2014 were selected as the observation group, and 80 cases with cataract and normal blood glucose admitted during the same period were selected as the control group. Both groups were given phacoemulsification and followed up for 1 month after surgery. Visual check, slit-lamp examination and eyelid check were measured in both groups 1 d, 30 d after operation. And the recovery of visual acuity and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in visual acuity between the two group 1d, 30d after the surgery(P>0.05); The incidence of postoperative corneal edema, aqueous humor opacity, anterior chamber fibrin exudation and synechia in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, respectively, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification has a good effect on diabetic cataract, which is conducive to improving the eyesight. However, the incidence of postoperative ophthalmic complications is relatively higher, which requires close observation postoperatively.%目的：探讨临床上使用超声乳化手术治疗糖尿病性白内障的临床疗效及安全性。方法将该院在2010年1月—2014年10月期间收治的96例糖尿病性白内障患者作为观察组，将同期收治的80例血糖正常白内障患者作为对照组，两组患者均行超声乳化手术，术后随访1个月。于术后1 d和术后30 d对患者行视力检查、裂隙灯检查和眼睑检查，比较两组患者视力恢复情况和术后并发症情况。结果术后1 d和30 d对两组患者的视力恢复情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组患者术后角膜水肿、房水混浊、前房纤维素渗血和虹膜粘连发生率显著高于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化手术治疗糖尿病性白内障效果明确，有助于改善患者视力，但术后相应眼部并发症发生率较高，术后需要密切观察。
