系统化健康教育在慢性心力衰竭患者中应用效果分析

摘要

Objective To investigate and analyze the application effect of systematic health education on patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 120 cases with chronic heart failure admitted in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the subjects and divided into the observation group and the control group in accordance with the digital random method with 60 cases in each. The observation group was given systematic health education while the control group was not. And the understand-ing of disease, compliance, diet control, treatment and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The treatment and nursing satisfaction of the observation group reached 98.33% (59/60), significantly higher than 71.67% (43/60) of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The status about understanding of disease, compliance and body weight control of the observation group was much better than that of the control group, respectively, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The systematic health education can ef-fectively improve patientˊs knowledge about the disease, compliance, and treatment and nursing satisfaction, so it is worthy of clin-ical application.%目的：研究分析采用系统化健康教育在慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法选择该院2013年6月—2014年6月收治的慢性心力衰竭患者120例作为研究对象。将所有患者按照数字随机法分为观察组和对照组两组，每组各60例。对照组不采用健康教育，观察组给予患者系统的健康教育，对比观察两组患者对于疾病的了解、遵医依从性、饮食控制以及治疗和护理满意度情况。结果观察组患者对于疾病的治疗和护理满意度达到98.33%（59/60），明显高于对照组的71.67%（43/60），两组之间的差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的对于疾病的了解、遵医依从性以及体重控制情况均显著优于对照组，两组之间的差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用系统化健康教育能够有效提高患者对于疾病的认识度、遵医依从性等，并且能够有效提高治疗和护理满意度，值得临床推广。
