目的：探讨白内障膨胀期继发性青光眼的手术治疗方法及临床疗效。方法方便选取2013年1月-2015年12月该院收治的60例(82眼)白内障膨胀期继发性青光眼患者为研究对象,依眼压控制情况和房角粘连范围将入选病例分为3组。A组12例,以连续环形撕囊术、水分离术、晶状体乳化,晶体植入进行治疗；B组30例,患者在A组治疗基础上加用房角分离术；C组18例,在A组治疗基础上加用小梁切除术。术后随访,观察患者并发症及治疗前后视力和眼压的变化。结果 A、B、C 3组术后视力分别为(0.62±0.17)、(0.45±0.10)和(0.37±0.12),术后眼压分别为(1.92±0.72)、(2.04±0.65)p/kPa和(1.96±0.63)p/kPa,与治疗前相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以恰当的手术方式对白内障膨胀期继发性青光眼患者进行手术治疗可有效控制眼压并提高视力。%Objective To investigate the surgical treatment and clinical effect of secondary glaucoma after cataract. Meth-ods Convenient selection 60 cases (82 eyes) with secondary glaucoma in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015, the cases were divided into 3 groups according to the control of intraocular pressure and the range of the angle of the room. A group of12 cases, in a continuous annular tear sac operation, water from the surgery, phacoemulsification and lens implan-tation treatment; B group (30 cases). Patients in a group on the basis of the treatment and the real angle separation tech-nique;group C (n= 18) and in a group treatment on the basis of and trabecular resection. The changes of visual acuity and intraocular pressure before and after treatment were observed. Results A, B, C three groups postoperative visual acuities were (0.62 ± 0.17),(0.45 ± 0.10) and(0.37 ± 0.12), postoperative intraocular pressure were (1.92 ±0.72), (2.04 ±0.65) p/kPa and(1.96 ± 0.63) p/kPa. Before and after treatment compared to the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion Effective control of intraocular pressure and visual acuity in patients with secondary glaucoma caused by cataract during the proper operation.
