106例儿童眶周及眼眶蜂窝组织炎治疗分析

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of periorbital and orbital cellulitis in children. Methods October 2013 to October 2015 in Changchun children's Hospital for treatment of orbital and periorbital cellulitis in children with 106 cases were selected, and according to hospitalization time sequence is divided into two groups, the control group (53cases)was given conventional treatment, the observation group(53cases) on the basis of the control group treated by Acupuncture and drainage in the treatment of and compared between the two groups of children with effective rate of treatment and hospitalization time. Results The effective rate of observation group was 94.3%, the length of hospital stay was (8.9 ± 2.7) d, the effective rate of control group was 79.2%, the length of hospital stay was (14.6± 3.5) d, the dif-ference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture drainage treatment of children periorbital and or-bital cellulitis, worthy of clinical application.%目的：探讨儿童眶周及眼眶蜂窝组织炎的临床治疗效果。方法整群选取2013年10月-2015年10月在长春市儿童医院进行治疗的眶周及眼眶蜂窝组织炎患儿106例,按照住院时间的顺序分为两组,对照组(53例)给予传统治疗,观察组(53例)在对照组的基础上给予针刺引流治疗,比较两组患儿的治疗有效率和住院时间。结果观察组治疗有效率为94.3%,住院时间为(8.9±2.7)d,对照组治疗有效率为79.2%,住院时间为(14.6±3.5)d,两组患儿相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺引流治疗儿童眶周及眼眶蜂窝组织炎的临床治疗效果满意,值得在临床上推广应用。
