用抗青光眼手术治疗持续性高眼压性青光眼的疗效探讨

Objective Discussion on the clinical effect of glaucoma surgery persistent high tension glaucoma.Methods Con-venient select date January 2013 January 2015 when I was taken to hospital glaucoma surgery 131 cases of glaucoma pa-tients after treatment according to intraocular pressure were divided into study group (76 patients after treatment IOP at 40 mmHg or more, that is, persistent high intraocular pressure) and control group (56 patients after treatment IOP at 40 mmHg or less), and clinical outcomes were compared, bleb type and incidence of postoperative complications.Results Clinical treatment of patients overall response rate (92.9%) and the control group clinical total effective rate (90.8%) the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); the study group postoperative bleb its type and the control group comparison of patients with no significant difference (P> 0.05); the study group incidence of postoperative complications (50.0%) patients was significantly higher (19.6%), a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). the study group postoperative complication rate was significantly higher (P <0.05).Conclusion Using anti-glaucoma surgery on patients with persistent high intraocular pressure treatment and treatment of common clinical effects of glaucoma with the same, but more persistent high intraocular pressure in patients with postoperative complications, and therefore need to weigh the reasonable selection after surgical treatment of persistent high-tension glaucoma.%目的：探讨用抗青光眼手术治疗持续性高眼压性青光眼的临床效果。方法方便选取2013年1月一2015年1月在该院住院时采取抗青光眼手术治疗131例青光眼患者，根据用药后眼压情况将其分为研究组(76例，用药后眼压均在40 mmHg以上，即持续性高眼压）和对照组(56例，用药后眼压均在40 mmHg以下），并比较两组患者临床治疗效果、滤过泡分型以及术后并发症发生率。结果研究组患者临床治疗总有效率(92.9%）与对照组临床治疗总有效率(90.8%）比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05）；研究组患者术后其滤过泡分型和对照组患者比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05）；研究组患者术后并发症发生率(50.0%）明显高于对照组(19.6%），组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05）。结论采用抗青光眼手术对持续性高眼压患者进行治疗其临床效果与治疗普通性青光眼具有相同，然而持续性高眼压患者更易发生术后并发症，因此需在权衡利弊后合理选取手术治疗持续性高眼压青光眼。
