一次性球囊宫颈扩张器在足月妊娠引产的临床分析

摘要

Objective Discussion Analysis of late pregnancy induction of clinical effect of maternal disposable cervical bal-loon dilator. Methods Convenient selection our hospital in May 2015-May 2016 were treated 96 cases of full-term preg-nancy abortion women, according to a double-blind randomized into the experimental group (using disposable balloon cervi-cal dilator induction of labor) and the control group (using only shrink oxytocin induction of labor), were compared the mode of delivery, postpartum hemorrhage and newborn and so on. Results Experimental vaginal delivery rate, 24 h delivery rates were 81.3%, 85.4% and 60.4% in the control group, 60.4% more obvious, the difference comparison P <0.05; postpartum hemorrhage rate in the experimental group (2.1%), neonatal asphyxia (4.2%) and the control group, 6.3%, 2.1% difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion Term pregnancy maternal cervix using disposable balloon dilator of induction of labor to good effect, effectively reduce the rate of cesarean section.%目的：探讨分析足月妊娠引产产妇采用一次性宫颈球囊扩张器的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2015年5月一2016年5月收治的96例足月妊娠引产产妇,按照双盲法随机分为实验组(采用一次性球囊宫颈扩张器进行引产,48例）和对照组(仅仅采用缩宫素引产,48例）,比较两组分娩方式、产后出血及新生儿等情况。结果实验组阴道分娩率、24h分娩率分别为81.3%、85.4%与对照组60.4%、60.4%比较明显高,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05；实验组产后出血率(2.1%）、新生儿窒息率(4.2%）和对照组6.3%、2.1%比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05）。结论足月妊娠产妇采用一次性宫颈球囊扩张器进行引产的效果良好,有效降低产妇剖宫产率。
