无保护会阴自然阴道分娩与常规阴道分娩比较分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the perineum unprotected vaginal delivery and conventional natural vaginal delivery results. Methods According to random sampling to select normal delivery Maternity Hospital from January 2010 to June 2016 admissions of 160 cases studied, divided according to whether the perineum protection 2 groups, 80 cases in each group, which from January 2010 to June 2013 to implement routine vaginal delivery as the control group, from July 2013 to June 2016 the implementation of unprotected perineum spontaneous vaginal delivery as the study group. We observed two groups of maternal complications were recorded (laceration, lateral, infections, urinary retention), the second stage of labor time, 2h postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal Apger rates, length of stay, and take the statistical analysis. Results The study group was significantly lower than the rate of lateral control group (0.00% vs 12.50%,P<0.05), length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than the control group[(2.42 ± 1.01)d vs (3.95 ± 1.27)d,P<0.05)];the study group rate laceration, infec-tion, urinary retention rate, the second stage of labor, postpartum 2h hemorrhage, neonatal Apger score is slightly lower than the control group, no significant difference [31.25%, 1.25%, 1.25%, (32.14 ± 10.27)min, (251.06 ± 38.42) mL, (8.15 ± 1.22) minutes vs 35.00%, 7.50%, 5.00%, (32.85 ± 11.04)d, (253.44 ± 39.71) mL, (8.37 ± 1.42﹚ points, P>0.05]. Conclusion No protection compared to conventional natural childbirth perineal vaginal delivery is better, there is a tendency replace the lat-ter, it is worth learning from.%目的：探讨无保护会阴自然阴道分娩和常规阴道分娩的效果。方法按照随机抽样的方式选择该院2010年1月―2016年6月接诊的正常分娩产妇160例进行研究,根据有无会阴保护分为2组,每组80例,其中2010年1月―2013年6月实施常规阴道分娩作为对照组,2013年7月―2016年6月实施无保护会阴自然阴道分娩作为研究组。观察记录两组产妇并发症发生情况(裂伤、侧切、感染、尿潴留﹚、第二产程时间、产后2 h出血量、新生儿Apger评分、住院时间,并采取统计学分析。结果研究组侧切率显著低于对照组(0.00%vs 12.50%,P<0.05﹚,住院时间明显短于对照组[(2.42±1.01﹚d vs (3.95±1.27﹚d,P<0.05]；研究组裂伤率、感染率、尿潴留率、第二产程时间、产后2 h出血量、新生儿Apger评分稍低于对照组,差异无统计学意义[31.25%、1.25%、1.25%、(32.14±10.27)min、(251.06±38.42) mL、(8.15±1.22)分vs 35.00%、7.50%、5.00%、(32.85±11.04)d、(253.44±39.71) mL、(8.37±1.42)分,P>0.05]。结论无保护会阴自然分娩相比常规阴道分娩效果更好,有取代后者的趋势,值得借鉴。
