腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿蒂扭转疗效研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ovarian cyst torsion. Methods Convenient selection in our hospital from December 2013 — December 2015 admitted 118 cases of patients with ovarian cyst torsion, were randomly divided into 2 groups of 59 cases. The observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery;The control group using open surgery. The operation conditions and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time of the two groups is not significant (P> 0.05); The amount of bleeding in the observation group (45.2 ± 8.5) mL, exhaust time (19.4 ±2.1) h, get out of bed (1.7 ±1.1) d, discharge time (4.2 ±1.3) d was significantly better than the control group (P < 0.05); The complication rate of observation group was 3.4%, Significantly better than the control group 18.6%(P<0.05),the difference was stcltistically siqni ficant. Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment is the ideal method of ovarian cyst torsion, It is worth of application.%目的：探讨腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的效果。方法方便选取该院2013年12月—2015年12月收治的卵巢囊肿蒂扭转患者118例，随机分为2组各59例，观察组采用腹腔镜手术，对照组采用开腹手术，比较两组手术情况及并发症。结果两组手术时间比较无显著性（P>0.05），观察组出血量（45.2±8.5）mL、排气时间（19.4±2.1）h、下床时间（1.7±1.1）d、出院时间（4.2±1.3）d明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为3.4%，明显优于对照组18.6%，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论腹腔镜是治疗卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的理想术式，值得应用。
