关节腔注射加针灸治疗膝关节肿痛的临床分析

摘要

目的：探析针灸+关节腔注射治疗膝关节肿痛的临床效果。方法整群选取2014年1月—2016年1月该院收治的312例膝关节肿痛患者，随机将其分为研究组和参照组，各156例，研究组采取针灸+关节腔注射治疗，参照组采取单纯针灸治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组总有效率94.87%与对照组71.15%比较差异有统计学意义P<0.05。结论针灸+关节腔注射治疗膝关节肿痛的临床效果显著优于单纯针灸治疗，快速缓解患者膝关节肿痛症状，效果持久，值得应用。%Objective Acupuncture+intra-articular injection therapy clinical effect of knee pain. Results Study group total effective rate 94.87% and 71.15% in control group, the difference was statistically significant P<0.05. Conclusion The clinical effect of acupuncture + intra-ar-ticular injection treatment of knee pain was significantly better than acupuncture, rapid relief of symptoms in patients with knee swelling and pain, lasting effect, worthy applications.
