目的：探讨使用加味通窍活血汤联合耳穴灸压治疗轻型颅脑损伤的疗效。方法方便选取2013年1月—2015年6月姜堰中医院脑外科收治的70例轻型颅脑损伤患者,按治疗方法不同分成两组,对照组给予常规治疗联合耳穴灸压治疗,观察组在其基础上给予加味通窍活血汤治疗,观察两组的治疗效果。结果两组患者在症状消失时间、住院时间、Barthel和MMSE评分方面比较,t值分别为6.284,7.032,5.261和7.845,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)；在显效率比较,χ2值为0.547,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)；在药物不良反应率比较,χ2值为1.463,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论采用加味通窍活血汤联合耳穴灸压治疗轻型颅脑损伤,能显著改善脑神经功能缺失症状,提高临床治疗效果。%Objective To study the curative effect and experience of ingredient modified tongqiao huoxue decoction and ear acupoint moxibustion pressing in treatment of mild brain injury. Methods 70 cases of patients with mild brain injury admit-ted and treated in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2015 were divided into two groups, the control group were treated with conventional method and ear acupoint moxibustion pressing, the observation group were treated with ingredient modi-fied tongqiao huoxue decoction on this basis, and the treatment effects of the two groups were observed. Results The differ-ences in the symptom disappearance time, length of stay, Barthel score and MMSE score between the two groups were obvi-ous (t=6.284, 7.032, 5.261, 7.845)(P<0.05);the difference in the markedly effective rate between the two groups was obvious (χ2=0.547, P<0.05);there was no obvious difference in the drug adverse reaction rate between the two groups (χ2=1.463, P>0.05). Conclusion Ingredient modified tongqiao huoxue decoction and ear acupoint moxibustion pressing in treatment of mild brain injury can obviously improve the brain neurological deficit symptoms and improve the clinical treatment effect.
