双歧三联活菌治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果及对临床症状评分和结肠炎症评分的影响

摘要

Objective To research the effect of bifid tiple viable in treatment of ulcerative colitis and effect of it on clinical symptom score and colon inflammation score. Methods 80 cases of patients with ulcerative colitis admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2013 to February 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the admission ID number, the control group were treated with conventional drugs, the observation group were treated with bifid triple viable capsules on the basis of the control group, and the clinical symptom score, colon inflammation score and laboratory index change of the two groups after treatment were compared. Results The decrease rate of clinical symptom score and colon in-flammation score after treatment in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group, [(56.2 ± 6.3)%, (0.6±0.1) vs (45.2±4.6)%, (1.2±0.3)], and there were statistical differences, P<0.05, the serum IL-6 and IL-8 levels in the observation group after treatment obviously decreased, the ratio of (CD4+CD24) t-helper cells and IL-10 level obvi-ously increased, and there were obvious differences compared with those in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The ef-fect of bifid tiple viable in treatment of ulcerative colitis is good, which can improve the clinical symptoms and inhibit colon inflammation, which is of higher clinical promotion and application value.%目的：研究分析双歧三联活菌治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果及对临床症状评分和结肠炎症评分的影响。方法随机选取2013年10月—2016年月2月期间收治入院收治溃疡性结肠炎患者80例，按照就诊ID号随机分为观察组与对照组两组，对照组进行常规药物治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用双歧三联活菌胶囊，比较两组患者治疗后临床症状评分和结肠炎症评分以及实验室指标变化。结果观察组患者治疗后临床症状评分下降率(56.2±6.3)%和结肠炎症评分(0.6±0.1)显著优于对照组患者临床症状评分下降率(45.2±4.6)%以及结肠炎症评分(1.2±0.3)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后观察组患者血清IL-6、IL-8水平显著降低，(CD4+CD24)辅助T细胞比例以及IL-10水平显著升高，与对照组患者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双歧三联活菌在溃疡性结肠炎中具有良好的治疗效果，可改善患者临床症状、抑制结肠炎症，具有较高的临床推广应用价值。
