枯草芽孢杆菌和木聚糖酶复合物对蛋鸡后期生产性能和蛋品质的影响

     

摘要

The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of supplemental Bacillus subtilis and xylanase complex preparation on performance and egg quality of laying hens at late laying period.A total of 8640 sixty-week-old healthy Hy-Line gray commercial layers were randomly allocated into 2 groups with 3 replicates per group and 1440 birds per replicate.Layers in control group were fed the basal diet.The trial groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 1‰Bacillus subtilis and xylanase complex.The pre-feeding was 1 week,the feeding trial lasted for 4 weeks.The results showed that the trial group was 2.62% higher than the control group in laying rate,and the difference was significant(P<0.05),while the feed intake,feed ratio and egg breakage rate of the trial group decreased by 1.01%,3.18% and 8.1%,and did not reach the significant difference(P>0.05).Therefore,dietary Bacillus subtilis and xylanase complex supplementation had a certain effect on improving the laying rate at the later stage of laying hens.%为探究枯草芽孢杆菌和木聚糖酶复合物对蛋鸡后期生产性能和蛋品质的影响,试验选取60周龄健康的海兰灰蛋鸡8640只,随机分为2组,每组3个重复,每个重复有1440只鸡,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加1‰的枯草芽孢杆菌和木聚糖酶复合物,预饲期1周,正式期4周.结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组的产蛋率显著提高了2.62%(P<0.05),试验组的采食量、料蛋比和破蛋率分别降低了1.01%、3.18%和8.10%,未达到差异显著水平(P>0.05).在本试验条件下,枯草芽孢杆菌和木聚糖酶复合物对蛋鸡产蛋后期产蛋率维持有一定改善作用.
