目前，随着经济社会的不断发展，高等教育自学考试的外部环境发生了巨大变化。本文分析了新时期高等教育自学考试面临的基本形势和主要问题，并对实现自学考试的永续发展进行了思考。%Now, with the continuous development of economy and society, the external environment of Higher Education Self-taught Examination has changed dramatically. This paper analyzed the basic situation and main problems and thought about the sustainable development of Higher Education Self-taught Examination in the new period.
