我国主流价值文化与教育考试机构文化建设

摘要

The mainstream of the society value culture refers to the one that can lead and guide the other non-mainstream value culture in multiple conditions. The mainstream value culture in China is the socialist value culture, and it is the actualization of the socialist core values. Our educational examination institution culture in China is a kind of cultural structure which belongs to the subculture of the organizational culture. Educational examination institution culture is a completely individual culture system which is consciously constructed. It directly reflects the mainstream values and carries out the will of the state, and at the same time it is a kind of public culture whose ultimate goal is to set up a satisfactory educational examination. Nowadays, our party and government are paying efforts to promote socialist cultural boom, and all levels of educational institution should strengthen their own construction under the socialist core value, especially the socialist core values and the core value system. As a result, our educational examination institution would become a modern, professional institution with a cohesive force, competitiveness, credibility, charisma and personality characteristics.%　　社会主流价值文化是指在价值多元的条件下对其他非主流价值文化具有引领和指导作用的文化。我国主流价值文化就是社会主义价值文化，它是社会主义核心价值观的现实化。我国教育考试机构文化在我国的文化结构中属于亚文化中的组织文化。教育考试机构文化是自觉构建的完整的系统的个体性文化体系，它直接体现主流价值观和贯彻国家意志的主流性文化，同时它也以办人民满意的教育考试为终极追求的公益性文化。在党和政府努力推进社会主义文化大繁荣的今天，各级教育考试机构要在中国特色社会主义价值文化，特别是社会主义核心价值观和核心价值体系的范导下加强教育考试机构文化建设，使教育考试机构成为具有凝聚力、竞争力、公信力、感召力和个性文化特色的现代专业化教育考试机构。
