论自学考试发展转型及新定位

         

摘要

本文通过回顾我国及江西省自学考试30年发展历史,将自学考试划分为三个特征各异又互相衔接的阶段,进而分析当前自学考试事业发展形势,即自学考试所面临的新情况、新挑战、新问题。面对新形势,笔者认为必须以改革创新谋求自学考试发展转型:从招考对象、人才培养模式、学习方式和评价方式四个方面推动转型。最后,笔者认为应从教育属性、人才培养目标、教育功能和发展方向四个方面对自学考试重新定位,以保证我国自学考试事业在新的形势下健康可持续发展。%This paper reviews the history of the self-taught examination in Jiangxi Province and in China for the last thirty years, during which the self-taught examination is divided into three different characteristics and cohesive periods. The paper then analyzes the current situation in the development of the self-taught examination, while the new situation, the new challenges and new problems are discussed in detail. In the new situation, the author believes that reform and innovation is in urgent need for the development and self-transformation of the self-taught examination. In this paper, recruitment, the training mode for the personnel, learning modes and assessment are seen as the four elements for the successful transformation. For the conclusion, the author thinks the new positioning of the self-taught examination can be carried out from four aspects,namely, education attributes, personnel training objectives, educational function and the direction of its development and by doing so, the self-taught examination in China can remain vital in contemporary education at present and into the future.
