湿法烟气脱硫系统结垢腐蚀问题分析

摘要

The wet flue gas desulfurization system is persecuted by the pipeline’s or the whole line’s scaling blocking corrosion factors,the desulfurization system can not run normally,when problems become serious,the system will be forced to stop processing.The desulfurization system’s factor of scale formation and corrosion is complex,so the solving method should be focused on the factor.The paper makes analysis on these problems.%湿法烟气脱硫系统受到管路或全线结垢堵塞腐蚀因素的困扰,脱硫系统无法正常运行,严重时被迫停车处理。脱硫系统结垢腐蚀的成因较复杂,解决的方法应具有针对性,本文对脱硫系统结垢的因素以及防治的方法进行了分析。
