仓顶式布袋除尘器在地面煤仓粉尘和瓦斯综合治理中的应用研究

摘要

In view of the mine ground coal bunker in warehousing,warehouse and daily coal storage condition,the accumulation of dust and gas lead to concentration overrun,security hidden danger existed,common measure employed has problems such as high-energy reliability.The causes for dust and gas in mine ground coal bunker and the existing treatment technology measures were analyzed,to put forward bag filter system on top of coal bunker,which was used to control dust and gas.In the practical engineering application,dust and gas concentration can be effectively controlled,emission standards can be meet environmental protection requirements,good economic and social benefits can be achieved,which was worth wide application.%针对矿井地面煤仓在入仓、放仓以及日常储煤状态下,因仓内粉尘和瓦斯积聚,致使浓度超限,存在严重安全隐患,而常见治理措施存在高能耗、低可靠性、排放不达标等问题,对矿井地面煤仓内粉尘、瓦斯产生的原因以及现有处理技术措施进行了分析,提出仓顶袋式除尘器系统对仓内粉尘、瓦斯进行综合治理.在实际工程应用中有效控制了矿井地面煤仓内粉尘、瓦斯浓度,排放标准达到环保要求,取得了良好的经济和社会效益.
