With the widespread use of Internet and speedy development of information technology,the new work pattern represented by the MIS and mobile app was affecting the entire society,and every trade was closely integrated with information technology.In this context,it brought opportunities and challenges to the state-owned enterprises party construction,how to make the pattern of "Internet + "integrate with the work of party construction,to raise the level of work and working efficiency in party construction,which has important and profound significance,it also become a problem that must be solved.%随着互联网的广泛使用和信息技术的飞速发展,以计算机MIS系统及移动互联设备APP应用为代表的新兴工作模式正在对全社会产生影响,各行各业都已经与信息化紧密结合.在此背景下,给国有企业的党建工作开展带来了新的挑战和机遇,如何使用“互联网+”的模式与党建工作紧密结合,提升党建工作的水平,提高党建工作的效率,具有十分重要、深远的意义,这也成为了党建工作一个亟待解决的问题.
