清洁压裂液性能研究

     

摘要

The development of low permeability reservoir mainly by hydraulic fracturing mining,fracturing fluid performance was crucial to the success of the construction of fracturing,through the laboratory synthesis of anionic gemini surfactant DS-16-2-16,which was also the main component to prepare clean fracturing fluid,using indoor test methods to analyze the fracturing fluid properties,shear resistance heat resistance,gel breaking performance and sand suspension performance.Test found that the fracturing fluid for temperature sensitive,but good temperature resistance,the temperature is still has good viscosity at 90 ℃;and the good shear resistance,the shear viscosity changed more than 60 min under the fracturing fluid is very small;90 degrees,the average settlement rate is 3.73 cm/min,still has good sand carrying capability;can make the effect of water fracturing fluid is a kind of completely breaking,non-polluting fracturing fluid.By analyzing the performance of the fracturing fluid,it can be concluded that it is a kind of fracturing fluid system which can meet the needs of industrial fracturing fluid construction.%低渗透油藏的开发主要采用水利压裂进行开采,压裂液的性能对于压裂施工的成败至关重要.通过室内合成阴离子双子表面活性剂DS-16-2-16,并将其作为主要成分配制成清洁压裂液,采用室内试验方式分析了该清洁压裂液的耐剪切性能、耐温性能、破胶性能和悬砂性能.试验发现:该压裂液对于温度敏感,但耐温性能较好,温度为90℃时仍具有较好的黏度;同时其抗剪切性能良好,在超过60 min的剪切作用下黏度变化幅度很小;该压裂液处于90℃时,其平均沉降速度为3.73 cm/min,仍然具有较好的携砂性能;清水的作用即可使得该压裂液完全破胶,是一种无污染的压裂液.通过对该压裂液体系的压裂液性能进行分析,得出其为一种可以满足工业压裂液施工的压裂液体系.
