基于声波法的围岩松动圈测试研究

         

摘要

为了确保矿井安全生产,合理地设计煤矿井下巷道支护方式,精确测量围岩松动圈显得至关重要,采用声波测试法,对围岩松动圈进行测试,研究了声波法测试围岩松动圈设计,采用BA-Ⅱ型围岩松动圈测试仪,测试了运输巷围岩松动圈范围.研究得出:某煤矿巷道在开挖后,左帮产生的围岩松动圈在2.8~3.4m,右帮产生的围岩松动圈在2.6~3.5m,均属于典型大松动圈,研究为巷道有效进行超前支护提供了理论支持.%In order to ensure the safety of mine production and rational design of coal mine roadway support mode,accurate measurement of the surrounding rock loosening circle showed the importance of the use of sound wave test method,a coal mine rocking loops were tested to study the sound wave test.The study of the surrounding rock loosening circle was carried out.Taking the mine as an example,the range of the loosening circle of the surrounding rock of the traffic lane was tested by using the BA-Ⅱ type rock loosening ring tester.It was concluded that after the excavation,of the surrounding rock loosening circle in the 2.8 ~ 3.4 m,right to help the surrounding rock loosening circle in 2.6 ~ 3.5 m,were a typical large loose circle,the study for the roadway can effectively carry out advanced support to provide a good theoretical support.
