顶板大直径定向钻孔瓦斯抽采技术应用研究

     

摘要

In order to study the effect of gas drainage by roof large diameter directional drilling,according to the geology and gas occurrence conditions of 220112 working face in Xinji No.2 Mine,from the technical and economic aspects,gas drainage effects of directional drilling and high-level suction roadway were compared and analyzed.The results showed that:after 220112 working face adopting roof large diameter directional drilling to carry out gas drainage,the gas density in return air was 0.24% ~0.44%,and combined with other pumping measures,the gas emission in the working face has been effectively solved;under the condition of equal drainage effect,roof large diameter directional drilling saved more than 50% of the manpower and material cost,and reduced the construction time,and it is important for safe and efficient mining of high gassy coal face.%为了研究顶板大直径定向钻孔瓦斯抽采效果,针对新集二矿220112工作面的瓦斯地质条件,从技术和经济方面对定向钻孔与高抽巷两者的抽采效果进行对比分析,结果表明:220112工作面采用顶板大直径定向钻孔抽采后,回风瓦斯浓度为0.24% ~0.44%,结合其他抽采措施,有效解决了工作面瓦斯涌出问题;在达到同等抽采效果条件下,顶板大直径定向钻孔与高抽巷相比节约了50%以上的人力、物力成本,减少了施工时间,对高瓦斯工作面安全高效开采具有重要意义.
