地面定向钻孔在治理煤层底板断层带突水中的应用

     

摘要

针对朱庄煤矿Ⅲ63采区煤层底板太灰含水层DF9断层带突水问题,经过分析以往突水井上下治理经验,采用地面定向钻孔对导水通道进行探查,结合骨料灌注、高压注浆工艺对造成突水的断层带进行快速高效封堵,切断了导水通道,最后通过分支孔钻探技术对可能再次活化成为导水通道的隐伏构造以及突水含水层进行区域注浆改造,彻底消除了突水隐患.结果表明:1号主孔通过施工地面定向钻孔结合骨料灌注、水泥高压注浆,出水点附近三灰水位埋深由出水时的超过400 m恢复至95 m,井下出水量从55 m3/h减少至10 m3/h,1-1号与1-2号分支孔通过对出水点附近断层带注浆直至结束,三灰水位埋深恢复至47.8 m,属正常三灰水位,井下未见出水;最后设计1-3号与1-4号分支孔,对断层带附近三灰进行区域超前治理,通过高压注浆将含水层改造为相对隔水层.%In allusion to the problems of water inrush from DF9 fault zone in coal floor aquifers of the limestone of Carboniferous system Taiyuan formation,Ⅲ63 mining area of Zhuzhuang Coal Mine,by analysing the previous experiences of water inrush,the directional drilling on the ground was taken place to detect the water channel.When the channel was founded,the aggregate,cement,fly ash and so on was used to grouting the channel space.Thus,the guide water passageway could be cut off in an effective way.Finally,through the branch hole drilling technology,it would change the hidden structure and the aquifer characteristic which would reactivate through grouting,thus,the hidden danger of water inrush could be eliminated.The result show that:with the grouting of aggregate and cement in 1 hole,the limestone water depth near the water exit growth from more than 400 m to 95 m,and the yield of water decrease from 55 m3/h to 10 m3/h.During the grouting to the fault through 1-1 and 1-2 holes,the water depth recover to 47.8 m which belong to the normal water depth,and the water exit without water.1-3 and 1-4 holes were used for leading govern the area near the fault,and through grouting,it could transform the aquifer to aquifuge,and eliminate the hidden danger of water inrush.
