腔体优良的物理性质使它成为高性能滤波器的重要设计结构,随着移动通信大功率和小型化的需要,介质滤波器和多模滤波器越来越呈现出良好的发展势头。本文初步研究了利用腔体技术开发高性能滤波器的技术流程,并总结了十个关键技术,用于指导腔体技术的研发与实现。%The physical properties of the cavity is excellent, so that it become high-performance in the filter structure design. And dielectric filters and multimode filters show a good momentum of development with the needs of mobile communications power and miniaturization. In this paper we give a preliminary study on cavity technology, with which to develop high-performance filter technology processes. Above all, we summarize ten key technologies and provide good guidance to the industrial design.
