基于单片机和LabVIEW的小型自动化微量进样系统设计

摘要

A design of an automatic trace sampling system was introduced. It communicates between STC12C5410AD micro-controller and the LabVIEW based upper program. With specific driving circuit, the stepper motor was operated to drive the micro-sampler in motions of sampling, introducing, cleaning procedure in turns to accomplish throughput sampling. The system is small, cheap, simple and easy to use while the precision is high. It could be widely used under circumstances of trace analyzing with instruments to improve the operability of the experiment.%介绍一种小型自动化微量进样系统的设计。该系统由LabVIEW上位机与STC12C5410AD单片机进行串口通信，通过驱动步进电机，带动微量进样器实现通量进样。整个系统体积小、成本低、精度高、操作方便，可有效提高微量样品分析实验的可操作性。
