Regarding the present action direction and teaching model, questions are being put forward with regard to the diffi culties met when trying to properly put teaching evaluation systems into prac-tice. Starting from the demands of the evaluation system, the frame-work of the system function is devised. The main utilization proce-dures are demonstrated. Questionnaires are then analyzed, with ei-ther its practical value or inadequacies being summarized; following this, inadequacies through utilization will be addressed using stra-tegies for improving and perfecting.
