高校意识形态安全稳定指标体系的构建

摘要

高校意识形态安全稳定主要面临着国际势力、国内社会思潮、网络舆情、网络文化产品、宗教传播、高校理论宣传工作弱化等六个方面因素的影响。笔者围绕这六个方面的因素，建立高校意识形态安全稳定三级指标体系，能够反映高校意识形态安全稳定的现状，有利于有效识别高校意识形态安全稳定的风险级别，及时研判反馈、重点控制，提高维护高校意识形态安全稳定工作的实效性。%Ideological security and stability of colleges and universities is mainly influenced by six factors, including international forces, domestic social ideological trend, online public opinion, cyber cultural products, religion, and the weakening of propaganda work. Based on the six factors, we will try to establish a three-level index system, which can reflect the current situation of the ideological security and stability of colleges and universities, and be very effective in identifying the risk level of university ideological security and stability , so as to get quicker feedback and better control of the situation, and maintain the security and stability of university ideological work.
