医院病案数据仓库的设计与实现

摘要

从医院的实际需求出发并结合当前计算机信息技术,简要介绍了医院病案数据仓库的研究意义和实现方法.病案数据仓库不仅能处理报表,而且能够提供数据分析、决策支持及医疗诊断支持,能够帮助解决医院高层管理及医疗诊断上的众多非结构化或半结构化的问题,是医院病案管理今后发展的方向.%Starting from the real demand of hospital and combining with the current computer information technology, it briefly introduces the study significance and realization method of hospital medical record' s data warehouse. The data warehouse of medical record cannot only handle the report, but also can provide the data analysis, decision support and medical diagnosis support, and can be helpful to solve many non-structured or semi-structured problems on hospital top management and medical diagnosis; therefore, undoubtedly, it is the development direction of hospital medical record management in the future.
