基于结构化电子病历的中医临床路径设计与探索

摘要

临床路径的成功实施在保证医疗质量，控制医疗费用等方面发挥了重要作用。如何保证中医临床路径管理的顺利实施，从路径模板制定、管理、准入评估及路径执行等几个方面结合中医的诊疗特点做了一些探索研究。%It's important that development and implementation of clinical pathways in ensuring the quality of care and controlling health care costs. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of clinical pathway management, this paper provides some explorations in several aspects, such as management of templates, evaluation of access and execution of clinical pathways combining the characteristics of Chinese medicine clinics.
