医院在线报修OA服务管理系统的开发与应用

摘要

This study developed an on-line OA management system for the repaired business based on the characteristic of the repaired business of hospital according to ITIL, through the software of visual studio 2005 and Microsoft SQL 2005. This service management system achieves the goal of the online service, improves the efficiency of the equipment repair business. At the same time, each event in the repaired process was recorded and the workload of maintainer was measured precisely. Finally, the OA management system provided the effective data support for performance appraisal of staff.%根据医院设备报修业务的特点，基于ITIL技术的核心理念，采用Visual Studio 2005和SQL 2000软件，开发了医院在线报修OA服务管理系统。该服务管理系统实现了在线报修的目标，提高了设备报修业务的效率，准确记录报修流程中各事件，有效计量维修人员的工作量，为工作人员的绩效考核提供了有效的数据支持。
