基于3G技术与虚拟专用网络（VPN）实现远程会诊的实践

摘要

This study investigates a method which practices remote medical consultation in a field environment, cannot build a satellite network. After several methods choosing, a way were selected which built a visual private network link between both sides of remote medical consultation via 3G network, and improved the security of connection using firewall technology. In practice, the method was low in cost, easily to implement, easily to manage and operate, less constrained by the environmental conditions, meet the requirements of the implementation of telemedicine in field environment. When the security requirements is not high, such as emergency remote treatment in natural disasters, and remote consultation, remote nursing, remote visiting, the practice can be implemented easily and also is a reserve effective method when the satellite network is not available.%探讨实践了一种在野战环境下，不可依托卫星组网时实现远程医疗的方法。在经过多种方法遴选后，选用了通过3G网络组网，并通过VPN技术实现会诊前后端的虚拟专用网络连接，并使用防火墙等技术提高连接的保密性。经实践检验，该方法成本较低，易于实施，方便管理，操作简单，使用时受客观条件的约束较少，可完全满足野战环境下远程会诊的实施要求。在密级要求不高时，如自然灾害应急突发情况等卫勤保障或医院远程会诊、远程医疗、远程护理、远程探视等情况，本实践的方法易于展开，可作为卫星组网不可得时，远程医疗有效的组网实施手段。
