基于Oracle数据库技术的PACS集成设计与应用

     

摘要

Objective: To design the integration interface between PACS/RIS and HIS、EMRS based on Oracle database technology and to solve the problems that data can not be shared between each system, and that the work efficiency of the hospital was improved. Methods: Through by the establishment of experimental environment the PACS/RIS and HIS、EMRS integration design was produced and the Oracle database to read and write in PACS database transmission technology was elaborated, the image data compression and transmission of technical difficulties was described and that the technology sharing was realized. Results: The PACS/RIS and HIS、EMRS integration was achieved through by Oracle synchronous technology. Conclusion: Based on the existing network and the hardware and software facilities has realized the data transmission and sharing between PACS/RIS and HIS、EMRS,line with international standards and the scalability is very good, eliminate the information island, greatly improve the level of hospital information integration.%目的:设计基于Oracle数据库技术的PACS/RIS与HIS、EMRS集成接口,解决各系统之间数据共享问题,提高医院工作效率.方法:通过建立实验环境,介绍了PACS/RIS与HIS、EMRS的集成设计,阐述了Oracle数据库读写PACS/RIS数据库的数据传输技术,描述了影像资料传输和解压缩的技术难点,实现了数据共享.结果:通过Oracle数据库同步技术,实现了PACS/RIS与HIS、EMRS的集成.结论:在现有网络和软硬件设施基础上实现了PACS/RIS与HIS、EMRS之间数据传输与共享,符合DICOM标准,扩展性好,消除了信息孤岛,大大提升了医院信息一体化水平.
