基于本体的抗生素临床管理知识库的建立

摘要

Irrational use of antibiotics is a global health problem,which is particularly acute in our country. Excessive or incorrect use of antibiotics not only is a waste of medical resources, but also directly damages patients' health in many cases. Therefore, designing a management system for antibiotics to promote the rational use of antibiotics has direct practical significance. This paper describes the design and implementation of an ontology-based knowledge base for clinical management of antibiotics. The knowledge base has 3 basic functions: querying pharmaceutical properties, automatically recommending antibiotics depending on the diagnosis and popping up tooltips to remind doctors when they use antibiotics unreasonably, reaching a preliminary goal of promoting the rational use of antibiotics. With clear structure and simple operating requirements, this knowledge base is referable in building more complex and comprehensive antibiotic clinical management knowledge base in the future.%抗生素不合理使用是全球性的健康问题,在我国尤为严重.抗生素的过量或错误使用,不仅造成医疗资源的浪费,而且在很多情况下直接损害了患者健康.因此,设计系统对抗生素进行管理以促进抗生素的合理使用有直接的现实意义.阐述了一个基于本体的抗生素临床管理知识库的设计与实现过程.本知识库具有查询药物属性、根据诊断结果推荐对症的抗生素以及在用药不合理时自动提醒等功能,初步达到了促进抗生素合理使用的目标.知识库结构清晰,管理平台操作简捷,对未来构建更加复杂和完善的抗生素临床管理知识库具有一定的参考作用.
