Objective: Integrate the hospital resource and aggregate all the human power to complication the HRP (Hospital Resource Planning) project. Method: Administrate the project implementation with the globally popular project management methods PRINCE2. Result: The project constituted of the project argumentation and first-stage project was progressing well through one year and reached its goal. Conclusion: PRINCE2 is an opening methodology which insures the complex information project-HRP project complication with high quality and quantity. This method can make the information project implementation standard and is different to the traditional method which depends on the worker's experience and ability to finish the project. What's more, our work provides a successful case about PRINCE2 applied to hospital.%目的:整合资源,形成合力,完成HRP(Hospital Resource Planning,医院资源计划)系统建设。方法:采用全球流行的PRINCE2项目管理方法论对项目实施进行管理,以保证HRP这项影响医院内涵发展的信息化建设达到预期效果。结果:经过1年的时间,项目进展顺利,从项目论证到一期工程的完成,实现了预期目标。结论:PRINCE2是一种开放的项目管理方法论,通过标准化的项目实施方法确保了HRP项目的完成,标准的管理改变了靠经验和能力决定项目成败的传统做法,提升了信息建设的管理能力,同时也为PRINCE2方法论在医疗行业的落地提供了范例。
