The present invention relates to a kit for cirrhosis or liver cancer specific diagnosis including a monoclonal antibody AGP501 against α-1 acid glycoprotein and an RCA II-HRP conjugate and a use thereof. The present invention facilitates early discovery and treatment of cirrhosis or liver cancer by accurate diagnosis of cirrhosis and liver cancer. Currently, in vitro diagnostic reagents for diagnosing cirrhosis in an early stage using blood do not exit. AFP is used for liver cancer diagnosis, but development of a new diagnosis reagent is needed due to a very low positive rate for liver cancer. A specialized diagnosis kit AsAGP for cirrhosis or liver cancer using a technique of the present invention will contribute to development of medical instrument industries and diagnostic medicine by being widely supplied to domestic and foreign specialty medical institutions by commercialization of the diagnostic kit.
