医院信息化提升医疗服务质量作用研究

摘要

Objective: Analyze and discuss the effect of informatization on medical service quality improvement. Methods: Discuss the power assistant role of informatization to medical service quality on clinical diagnosis and treatment, medical process, medical management and other aspects. Result: Information technology combined with the management, business, process and standards of hospital closely makes medical procedures comprehensive information control, whole process regulation of informatization and whole network informatization evaluation come true, provides best help to the improvement of hospital medical quality. Conclusion:Medical quality management can' t run without information platform technology in modern hospital.%目的：分析探讨信息化对于提升医疗服务质量的作用。方法：通过临床诊疗、医疗环节、医疗管理等维度讨论信息化对医疗质量的助力作用。结果：信息技术与医院的管理、业务、流程以及标准紧密地结合在一起，实现了医疗过程的全方位信息化控制、全过程信息化监管、全网络信息化评价，为医院医疗质量的提升提供了最佳助力。结论：现代医院的医疗质量管理，离不开信息平台技术的支撑。
