临床科研主要是对临床治疗的病人进行资料整理和分析，对临床方法、药物、器械等方案的可靠性进行回顾和总结。而对出院病人的随访一直以来是临床科研工作的重要方面。病人出院后的康复情况直接关系到病例资料的完整性。而资料的完整与否，又影响到对手术和治疗方案的可行性与可靠性的评估。在临床信息化日益成熟的今天，对随访工作的信息化却还远远不够。主要从临床科研信息化的角度，来阐述对病人出院随访的目的与方法，研究随访信息对临床科研的影响。%Clinical research is mainly on the clinical treatment of patients to collate and analyze data, the reliability of the clinical methods, drug, device for review and summary. But for the discharged patients follow-up has been an important aspect of the work of clinical research. In clinical information increasingly mature today, the follow-up work of informationization is still far from enough. This article attempts from the clinical research information angle, elaborates the purpose and methods of follow-up of patients discharged, to study the effect of scientific and clinical follow-up information.
