目的：借助医院先进的信息技术力量优化护理流程，确保护理安全。方法：整合医院临床护理系统、医嘱系统、护理管理信息系统、电子病例系统等资源，实现在重点环节与流程的护理闭环管理。结果：实现护理项目闭环管理后，给药错误等不良事件发生率明显下降，送检及输血执行在监控下更加规范。结论：借助医院信息化资源，落实护理执行闭环管理，全面提升护理安全。%Objective: Optimize nursing process and ensure nursing safety through the advanced information technology of our hospital. Methods: Taking advantage of mobile nursing system, ordering system, nursing management information system, medical record statistical system and so on, integrate various hospital system resources to realize the nursing closed-loop management in the aspects of the key nodes and important process. Results: After implementation the closed-loop management in nursing project, it significantly lowered the prevalence of administration mistake and other incidences of adverse events, and specimen submission and blood transfusion performed more regulated under supervised. Conclusion: With the help of hospital information resources, we carried out the nursing implement closed-loop management and improved the nursing safety fully.
