医院保健管理中心自2010年成为全国健康管理示范基地以来，中心的职能发生了巨大转变，从单纯身体检查向健康管理服务转变。为优化管理，提高工作效率，中心主要依托医院信息技术的支持，实现院内体检、健康评估、健康干预等信息化健康管理模式。信息化健康管理应该涵盖体检前、体检中、体检后三个过程，现就围绕如何实现全程信息化的健康管理，谈谈几点实践体会。%Since to become the national health management demonstration base from 2010, functions of center had the huge transformation, changing from the simple physical examination to the health management service. In order to optimize the management, improve work efficiency, mainly relying on the information technology center of our hospital to realize informatization support, hospital physical examination, health assessment, health intervention. The author thinks that information of health management should cover three processes, before the physical examination, physical examination, after the medical examination. We should talk about a few experience of practice how to achieve full information.
