为部队医疗服务信息系统的设计与实现

摘要

Objective: Design and build for army hospital medical service information system, providing full in all the troops and convenient health care services and through the informationization means and grassroots medical institutions to form closer, medical help and cooperation mechanism. Methods: Based on the analysis of the army medical service and process optimization requirements, focus on and make full use of military integrated information network and information technology for the design and construction of army medical service information system. Results: complete the system construction and in nearly six months after the completion of trial and was put into practical use. Conclusion: to provide convenient services before treatment, in the late, the whole process of medical service information system for the army for the majority of the troops, and realize the efficient collaboration and grassroots medical institutions, to improve hospital to an important role for the efficiency and quality of the army medical service.%目的：为部队医院设计并构建医疗服务信息系统，面向各部队官兵提供全程、便捷的医疗保障服务，并通过信息化手段与基层医疗机构形成更紧密的医疗帮带与合作机制。方法：在分析部队医疗服务及流程优化需求的基础上，重点研究并充分利用军事综合信息网与信息技术进行为部队医疗服务信息系统的设计与构建。结果：完成了系统的建设，并在近6个月的试用和完善后投入了实际使用。结论：为部队医疗服务信息系统面向广大部队官兵提供了就医前、中、后期全过程的便捷服务，并实现了与基层医疗机构的高效协作，对提升医院为部队医疗服务的效率和质量起到了重要作用。
