血吸虫病流行病学调查中电子化信息采集方案初探

摘要

Objective: In the epidemiological survey of schistosomiasis outbreak, electronic information collection solution was adopted to explore its feasibility and convenience. Methods: Information collection system for the schistosomiasis outbreak in Jiangxi province was developed and assessed in the field work. Results: The access to system was not stable due to network during the interviews, paper based questionnaire was used instead. Data was typed and input into the system after the interviews. Conclusion: Using this solution in epidemiological survey could improve data accuracy and reduced data latency between emergency control center and surveyors. But the weak accessibility and the inconvenience in constructing the system need to be improved.%目的：在处置血吸虫病疫情的流行病学调查中，使用电子化的信息采集方案，探索方案的可行性与便利性。方法：开发江西省血吸虫病疫情信息采集系统，并在现场工作中使用与评估。结果：数据采集员访谈时，因网络原因访问系统不稳定，只能使用纸质问卷。回驻地后使用驻地网络录入数据并上传。结论：该方案可提高信息采集的准确度，减少了应急中心与现场数据采集员之间的数据延迟。但因可访问性问题与构建问题，需要进一步改进。
