门诊电子病历系统推广经验与体会

摘要

门诊电子病历是医院信息系统的重要组成部分，但是其使用情况却不甚理想。北医三院采用分阶段推广策略，优化系统功能，提高使用率。门诊病历质量得到提高，门诊流程得到优化，科室间的信息共享得到广泛应用。就门诊电子病历系统项目推进过程中的困难和解决方案，浅谈其中的经验与体会。%The outpatient electronic medical record is an important part of the hospital information system, but its use is not ideal. Peking University Third Hospital used the multi-stage promotion strategy to optimize the system function and improve the utilization rate. The quality of outpatient medical records was improved, the outpatient service process was optimized, and the information sharing among departments was widely used. The experience in difficulties and solutions in the process of promotion of outpatient electronic medical record system project is discussed about.
