以应用为导向推动重庆市人口健康信息化顶层设计

摘要

为推动重庆市人口健康信息化顶层设计规划落地，从重庆市人口健康信息化建设实际情况出发，分析现有顶层设计中存在的问题，提出以应用为导向，全生命周期居民健康档案、健康卡和网络专线为支撑，分级诊疗等特色应用驱动的人口健康信息化建设思路，有效补充现有顶层设计，为重庆市今后人口健康信息化建设提供参考。%In order to promote the application of Chongqing people health information top design, based on the development practice of Chongqing regional health information platform, we propose an application-driven(e.g. grading diagnosis and treatment) information development design model which contains whole life cycle electronic health records, resident health card and private network. We hope our research can help future information development of Chongqing and other provinces in China.
